Liability Waiver & Release

I understand that participation in Crappiefest 2027 involves inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the tournament directors, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, landowners, and all affiliated parties from any liability for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I agree to abide by all tournament rules and understand that failure to do so may result in disqualification.

I further grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

All anglers listed on this entry form acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to this waiver and the official tournament rules.
